- As our products are carefully crafted , we do not accept exchanges or returns for reasons such as personal preference or change of mind after receiving the item. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and images before making a purchase.

- However, if there is a defect or issue with your order that affects its functionality , please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction with our products. Provided a full opening video of the parcel received.

- The coupon code will be provided to the customer via email and can be used for future purchases on our website.
- Refunds will be processed within 2 working days of receiving the returned item.
